Forza Mortorsport 6 will be getting two complimentary Fallout 4 themed vehicle, thanks to a new partnership with Bethesda announced today.
The annuncement details how players of Forza Motorsport 6 will be able to simulate racing along in a 1956 Ford F100 styled with Vault-Tec iconic blue and yellow color scheme along with a the Vault boy seal of approval on the doors as well as a Chryslus Rocket 69 coupe that epitomizes “the future of speed”
“As part of the partnership, players of Fallout 4 on Xbox One will receive the Chryslus Rocket 69, a fictional car from the Fallout universe, which will be made available in Forza Motorsport 6 in 2016,” Turn 10 states in the announcement.
“In addition, Forza Motorsport 6 players will receive an exclusive Fallout 4-themed version of the 1956 Ford F100 in the game. With an iconic Vault Boy theme, this Fallout 4 version of the F100 will be sent to Forza 6 players today in celebration of the upcoming Nov. 10 launch of Fallout 4 on Xbox One.” Turn 10 continued.
“As a fan of Forza Motorsport 6, it is great to see Fallout 4 making an appearance in celebration of the game’s launch. We are looking forward to showing the fans the new world of Fallout and the Ford F100 Fallout 4 is now part of that,” said Todd Howard, Game Director for Fallout 4 at Bethesda Game Studios.
“Everyone asks us if you can drive the cars in Fallout 4, and now we can say yes–in Forza, our favorite racing game,” Howard continued.
Take a look at the F100 in all its rusty wasteland appropriate glory via the screenshots below. The F100 will be available on November 4 while the Chryslus Rocket 69 will be released “soon” and images of it have yet to be released.
